However, I attempted to approach the challenge using only After Effects from a different angle, and I decided to take a crack at the shatter plugin. Although frustrating and limiting at times, this shatter plugin can produce some decent visual effects, and interaction between 3D lights and camera inside of AE doesn’t hurt either. Admittedly, this motion graphic varies quite a bit from the trailer, however in a way it is completely original and it is my take on recreating the effect. The After Effects Template is absolutely free and available for download below! Simply replace the text, and feel free to use in your personal projects. Stock footage, such as the light leaks and a snow atmosphere background, are included as well. These in themselves may be used for other projects; there are unlimited possibilities!
